MUSINA FM & MAPHAHA MUSIC PRODUCTION (MUSIC AUDITIONS)

MUSINA COMMUNITY RADIO & MAPHAHA MUSIC PRODUCTION host music audition for Hip hop, Raga, R.N.B, House music and Gospel music.
The main purpose was is to empower the musicians of musina,letting them  to be part of the new album of MAPHAHA MUSIC PRODUCTION PARTNERING WITH MUSINA FM

The audition was up to 68 artist and 4 artist made it to qualify the recording offer in maphaha studio.

M.S.F with musina artist fighting against H.I.V/AIDS DISCRIMINATING

MUS'TOWM THEATRE  joining hands with MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES to stop the discriminating by the people who are not affected to the victims of HIV/AIDS 

The event was held at MAROI border farm(12km from musina town)

the drama group was used as a tool to portray the image or the action which will allow the audiences to stop discriminating victims of HIV/AIDS and the after teach how to support the victims of HIV/aids

Philemon sphorogo visual artist in the small town musina in Limpopo south Africa 
he started art in 2003 till currently. He started by creative arts doing cultural cloth and drawing. His vission became his future and now he is in to printing t.shirts.
'i have a life of making t.shirts,arts is now being something that i work with and not just a talent. am strugling to expose the art work that i do in the small town,i need my work to be seen and i and my talent to be nature d"
He is the visual artist of made in musina and he also do t.shirts to DONGOLA RANGE. 
He also help on printing t.shirt to the arts festival that are held in the town

SAVE THE CHILDREN EMPOWERING YOUTH

Save the children MUSINA is empowering the youth of musina by giveng the an opportunity to come up with ideas that can address the community of musina about women abuse and children abuse.
save the children is willing to help in funding the project that youth may come up with,the youth of musina indicated that they should visit all shools in musina and have an arts even which will be given the theme of women and children abuse.

The task team is now working on doing the research in the schools and alerting the community about the event/campaign that will be arts talking with community.
 mus'town theatre is one of the arts groups in muisna that is willing to contribute with stage play and poem and some other community groups will be part of the event

The event is set to be on 10th September 2011

NATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 09 AUG 2011

National women's day ( commemorates the national march of woman on this day 1956 to petition against
legislation that required African person to carry the "pass" special identification document which curtailed an African freedom of movement during the past era, musina artist are aware of what woman mean to the local,provincial,national,continental and international .
woman are rising up   and joining hands to lay the foundation for peace. they are the woman who watched from afar, not knowing how to help.they come from all side of conflict, and yet they recognize each  others humanity though their shared responsibility for the next generation.

 MADE IN MUSINA ARTS NETWORK is contributing on alerting the world on the day that is almost celebrated international.as musina artist "we are planing to put up an campaign  that will be held in musina town around Limpopo {south Africa.
